I've finally done it

It took me four tries, but I've finally left the park & won't be returning for a while. Two weeks turned into almost 2 months, but it was by far the best two months of my life. I'm so glad I decided to go back for my last week - I don't think I would have really enjoyed Cambodia properly. Would have been too busy thinking about those elephants.

For those who haven't been to the park, I think it's nearly impossible to explain to them the draw that the place has on me. The closest I can come is to say that there's just this feeling I get, as soon as I get close. There's this one curve in the road, where you catch your first glimpse of the valley that the park lies in, and I just get this feeling. "I'm home".
